We’ll gawk, applaud and shoot silly selfies. In San Jose, pagans will celebrate in ceremonial robes. Mount Shasta will host group meditations, chanting and dance.  Astrologers predict turmoil (again) in the White House. Expect many — many! — bottles of celebratory champagne.
